Cardio/Interval Training

Cardio is necessary to lose weight and burn calories. Burn calories & fat in 2 different ways while doing cardio:

  • Aerobic Training- your body burns fat during longer duration cardio
  • Anaerobic Training (Interval Training)- your body burns calories/carbohydrates during short bursts of hard work

Our personal fitness trainers incorporate both types of cardio to maximize your weight loss & fitness gains! 


Rehab

One of the best features that Kelly Johnson Fitness has to offer are our certified athletic trainers. Being athletic trainers instead of simply personal trainers, our personal fitness trainers have a strong medical background and can not only evaluate injuries & make recommendations but can also rehabilitate any type of injury to help you move more comfortably.

Let us help you get ready for your big day with our Bridal Programs! We will work with you or your bridal party to get everyone looking their best on your wedding day. Our knowledgable trainers will give nutritional guidance as well as individualized workouts for each person to get everyone looking great on the big day!
